FMG Management

FMG Management has a well trained staff with considerable experience in the interdisciplinary aspects of facilities management. The division is able to provide full facility management services. The range of services that can be provided are summarized below and detailed on the accompanying price list:

Shield Security provides security services throughout Botswana to government, parastatal and private companies.

• Financial : Rent collection and full accounting services
• Utilities & Services : read utility meters, validate routine recurring charges, allocate and invoice, collect monies due and authorize or make payments within agreed parameters
• Maintenance : inspect and maintain properties from either internal resources through Good Shepherd Maintenance or outsource to approved contractors; this includes a sealed tender process to ensure transparency.
• Estate Agency : FMG Management has close contacts with Stocker Fleetwood-Bird and through them are able to handle all lettings, leases and sale requirements

The Group manages the facilities for a portfolio of properties with a value in excess of P20m and a monthly rent take in excess of P1m, amongst other clients are:

• Gaborone International Commerce Park – GICPMA (Pty) Ltd
• Gaborone International Finance Park - GIFP

FMG Services is the property maintenance arm of FMG and can carry out maintenance, partitioning and minor building work.

The Manager has some 10 years experience in maintenance work and is able to provide building plans for simple structures to the standard required for planning permission. Current clients include: Wharic, Plot 27 Main Mall, Gaborone International Finance Park , Stocker Fleetwood Bird, Kgale Mall and Knight Frank.
